Deputy Programme Director

Zonghao is currently the deputy programme director of the Direct Ammonia Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (DA-SOFC) programme at Imperial Global Singapore. This programme is in collaboration with Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore, supported by the National Research Foundation's CREATE Thematic Programme in Decarbonisation.
Prior to her current role, Zonghao was working as a Marie-Curie research fellow at the Laboratoire des Matériaux et du Génie Physique (LMGP) in Grenoble, France. Before that she was working as a research associate at Imperial College London, on the battery degradation project of the Faraday Institution and shortly at ICMCB-CNRS, Bordeaux, France and Kyushu University, Japan.
She works extensively with advanced surface characterisation tools, developing in situ and operando methodologies to deepen understanding of surface and interfacial phenomena, which are crucial for advancing next-generation electrochemical devices, with a combination of structural, chemical and electrochemical analysis together with isotopic labelling coupled analysis techniques.
